5 Pre-Workout Smoothies To Rock Your World

Looking to change up your pre-workout meal? The following smoothies are not only quick, easy, and super tasty, but they also provide a nutritional kick to keep you fuelled throughout your workout!

Apple Pie Goddess

Apple Pie Goddess
1 roasted apple **
1 handful kale
1/2 cup coconut milk
Dash of pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

Optional:
Stevia to sweeten
1 tbsp. of raisins

**Roasted Apple:
1. Core 1 apple and flatten top
2. Fill cored space of apple with cinnamon and 1 tbsp. coconut oil
3. Place apple in oven-safe casserole dish filled with enough water to cover bottom
Time Saver: Microwave or quarter the apple and pan sear in non stick pan


Beat-it Blueberry

1 medium roasted beat
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp. chia
1 tbsp. roasted milled flax seed
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 sprig of mint
1/2 cup water
Dash of cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Optional:
Stevia to sweeten


Metabolic Energizer

1/2 cup coconut water
1 handful kale
1 mini cucumber
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 orange
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. MCT Oil
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Dash of Cinnamon
Ice water for consistency


Color Me Pink Skies

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup greek yogurt
6 frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen cherries
1 tsp. chia
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup water

Optional:
Stevia to sweeten
Shredded unsweetened coconut


Coconut California Girl

1 tbsp. coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 mango
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp. chia
Ice water for consistency
Shredded unsweetened coconut
