Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

(Makes 48 cookies)

  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • Truvia sweetener to taste
  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder

Mix above ingredients together and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350° F or until golden brown. These cookies bake fast, so be sure to keep an eye on them!
