At what point in your life did you decide “enough was enough”?  What prompted you to start on your fitness journey?

I wanted to get in the best possible shape I could!  Life is about going after what you want & reaching a goal!

Do you have a particular food-based vice?  One which you find difficult to say no to?

Anything baked like oatmeal cookies and chocolate cake are my big weakness!  Keep me out of a bakery haha!

What inspired you to hire and work with Lori-Ann Marchese?

She leads by example and her own results & results of her clients speak volumes!  Her workouts are the hardest I have ever done in my life but amazing!  Think I could be in the army by now!

Do you prefer group-based sessions or solo one-on-one sessions?  Why?

The energy in the group based sessions is amazing!  Girls actually cheer during the workout as they are so excited!  Kickboxing is my favorite class makes me feel tough lol!

How would you describe your experiences so far with Lori-Ann?

Extremely genuine, Lori-Ann gives it her all & 110% more on top of that!  She really cares about her girls & helping them meet their goals.  Everyone is very supportive!

How has your life improved?

I am a lot stronger than I used to be!  I feel better, more energy.  I also know how to take care of myself better with the proper nutrition!  I love clothes shopping more than ever.

What’s your favorite time of the day to exercise?

Evening!  I feel completely revived after a day’s work once I leave Body Construct.  Feel better, can think better, great stress relief!

Do you have a favorite exercise?  One which you dislike the most?

I was raised doing the “girl” activities, like ballet, dance, etc.  I have found a true love in kicking and punching at Kickbox class!  Maybe because I hadn’t been exposed to it very much but I am very in touch with my inner boxer now!

What advice would you give anyone who may be contemplating a lifestyle change?

What good is living a life if you don’t go after what you want???  Get going!  You will feel amazing reaching those goals!  And once you do you build off of that success for more!  Give yourself that gift you deserve it 🙂
