Training & Fitness Magazine was launched on August 1st, 2013 as a truly digital, online fitness magazine for women. We publish monthly issues loaded with feature articles and regular columns, written by some of the fitness industry’s most talented and recognized professionals.
What makes us different? Well, put simply, Training & Fitness Magazine celebrates fit women everywhere on their quest for an attainable, sustainable physique by promoting a healthy, active lifestyle through proper training and nutrition. The key words here are “attainable” and “sustainable”. Too often we are force-fed unrealistic imagery and data which tells women that they need to be a certain size with an unrealistically low body fat count.
