Easter Baskets

Makes 24 baskets.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder (Magnum Quattro recommended)
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 4 drops of green food coloring

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pre-sprayed mini muffin tins.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
