Super Easy Core Workout

Here’s a great, simple core workout which you can do at the gym, at a park, or in the comfort of your own home.  No equipment or special items needed, just a desire to add something new to your existing workout!

Targets

  • Abdominals
  • Obliques
  • Intercostals
  • Pelvic Floor

Exercises

  • Planks (elbow to hand push-ups)
  • Oblique Bridges

Technique

  • 3 sets
  • Hold each exercise 30 seconds.
